We provide free aids and services to help people with disabilities communicate effectively with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats. We also provide free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages. If you need any of these services, tell our staff or call either office.
Language assistance is also available through the State Health Insurance Assistance Program Language Line at 800-792-8820, with services available in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Gujarati, Polish, Italian, Arabic, Tagalog, Russian, French Creole, Hindi, Vietnamese, French, and Urdu.
